1. How do I place an order?
Every product page has an "Add to Cart" button. Click on this to add the item into our shopping cart. You may be prompted to choose an option if the product comes in different sizes or colours.

2. How do I choose shipping or payment options?
Shipping and payment options can be selected after you click "Proceed to Checkout". You need to key in the Postal Code for shipping rates to be displayed.

3. How are your products packed for shipment?
We pack the orders discreetly and there is no mention of the lingerie products/brand on the outer part of the parcel.

4. What are your shipping rates and options?
We provide 3 shipping options for domestic delivery within Singapore. Orders above SGD30 entitles you to free courier doorstep delivery or self-collection at your nearest PARK-N-PARCEL stations within Singapore.

International shipping is levied at SGD9.90 per parcel within Southeast Asia and Malaysian customers have another shipping option of Qxpress economy packet at SGD4.90. All other international customers can opt for International Airpacket via UPS/FEDEX at SGD19.90 or Qxpress economy packet at SGD9.90.

Free shipping is provided for all orders above SGD120 for all countries outside of Singapore. Visit our shipping page for more information.

5. When will I receive my order?
Domestic Singapore orders will reach customers within 3 working days. International parcels take 7 to 10 working days to reach customers. Delays may be expected at customs checkpoints on arrival in certain countries due to different rules and regulations. We pack all orders according to country specific regulations and please take note that we may remove some graphic boxes to ensure seamless delivery to international customers.

6. How do I arrange to collect my items from PARK-N-PARCEL stations in Singapore?
Select the PARK-N-PARCEL ship option during checkout. You need to pick the preferred location from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page (for small mobile phones, please tilt your gadget to portrait mode to display all locations). Once you have successfully checked out, you will receive an order notification. When the processed order has left our warehouse, you will receive another email notification from us. Please note that you do not need to go down to the pick-up point yet. Once the order has reached your preferred collection point (approximately 3 days), you will receive an SMS/email from PARK-N-PARCEL. The parcel will be held in the preferred station for 5 days. Please ensure that the parcel is picked up within 5 days else it will be returned to us.

7. How do I make payment?
You can pay via Credit Card or Paypal. Singapore customers can also pay via PAYNOW, Internet or ATM banking to our DBS/POSB/UOB Banks. Bank information for payment can be found here. We will provide you a step-by-step payment instruction within 1 minute via email after you submit your order. We only accept Credit Cards/Paypal payment for international orders outside Singapore.

8. Is the Paypal/Credit Card payment portal secure?
Yes, Paypal is the easiest form of Payment mode for customers as the run a secure portal. Our site is a secure site and you can view our Server Security Certificate where we guarantee that communications between your site's browser and our server is private and secure.

9. Can I use coupons for discounts?
We run sales promotion via Facebook or our website. To enjoy such discounts during the sales/promotion period, key in coupon code at the bottom of the shopping cart box "Apply Coupon" and update the cart before checkout.

10. Can I return the items if they do not fit?
We do not accept returns of lingerie products due to hygiene standards. However, we will be happy to provide an exchange if a manufacturing defect is reported.

11. I may have keyed in the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
If the order has not left the warehouse, we will be able to amend the shipping address for you. However, if the order has left the warehouse, we will have to wait for the order to be returned before any further action can be taken. A levy of SGD5 and a new ship fee will be levied for re-delivery due to wrong address provided. In rare cases, the wrong addressee may not actually return the parcel to us, so we urge all customers to ensure accuracy of the shipping address.

12. I would like to view the lingerie before purchase, can I visit your store?
We are an online store and do not have a retail showroom to keep prices lower for customers. Please feel free to contact us here if you need assistance.
