1. How do I place an order?
Every product page has an "Add to Cart" button. Click on this to add the item into our shopping cart. You may be prompted to choose an option if the product comes in different sizes or colours.

2. How do I choose shipping or payment options?
Shipping and payment options can be selected after you click "Proceed to Checkout".

3. How are your products packed for shipment?
We pack the orders discreetly and there are no mention of the lingerie products in the outer part of the parcel.

4. What are your shipping rates and options?
We provide FREE standard delivery for all local orders. Customers can opt to top-up SGD1.50 in addition for Singpost SMARTPAC. Orders above SGD70 will be upgraded to SMARTPAC if you choose Free delivery option. We also provide courier delivery at a flat fee of SGD5. Courier service is provided by our courier partners such as EasyParcel, uParcel or Yamato Transport. Orders typically gets delivered within the next 2 working days. Order received on Saturday will be processed for outbound on Monday. For more details on shipping or international orders, please refer here.

5. When will I receive my order?
Local orders will reach customers between 2-3 business days.

6. How do I make payment?
You can pay via Credit Card or Paypal. Singapore customers can also pay via Internet or ATM banking to our DBS/POSB/UOB Banks. Bank information for payment can be found here. We will provide you a step-by-step payment instruction within 1 minute via email after you submit your order.

7. Is the Paypal/Credit Card payment portal secure?
Yes, Paypal is the easiest form of Payment mode for customers as the run a secure portal. Our site is a secure site and you can view our Server Security Certificate where we guarantee that communications between your site's browser and our server is private and secure.

8. Can I use coupons for discounts?
We run sales promotion via Facebook or our website. To enjoy such discounts during the sales/promotion period, key in coupon code at the bottom of the shopping cart box "Apply Coupon" and update the cart before checkout.

9. Can I return the items if they do not fit?
We do not accept returns of lingerie products due to hygiene standards. However, we will be happy to provide an exchange of a manufacturing defect is reported.

10. I would like to view the lingerie before purchase, can I visit your store?
We are an online store and do not have a retail showroom to keep prices lower for customers. Please feel free to contact us here if you need assistance.
