1. PAYNOW, Internet or ATM Banking
All orders will be processed and shipped out only upon confirmation of payment. Payment currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Select payment method from the "Choose one payment method" section of shopping cart checkout. Payments can be made via PAYNOW, internet banking or ATM transfer to our DBS/POSB or UOB bank accounts if you are using a local bank. Else, please use Credit Card/Paypal.
Once you have confirmed submission of order in our onepage checkout, an email order confirmation with payment instruction of banking details will be sent to your email address titled: New Order.
For PAYNOW, you will be able to see the PAYNOW account number to transfer to. You will also receive an email notification.
Please reply to this email or email us at [email protected] to confirm that payment has been made with bank the payment reference number once PAYNOW, Internet Banking or ATM transfer has been completed.
Do note that payment must be made within 2 working days from order confirmation else the order will be cancelled.
2. Credit Cards via Paypal or Paypal Credits
Upon selecting this option, you will be brought to the Paypal transaction page. If you have a Paypal account, you can login to proceed. Else, you will have to create the account on the same page.
Once transaction is completed, you will be brought back to our Tatyana website. We will receive payment advice and processs your order accordingly.
If you do not wish to create a Paypal account but would like to use credit card, we can send you a special payment request via email for you to pay via Paypal as a one-time arrangement without creating a Paypal account. Please allow us 6 hours to process the email payment request to you and you can make such arrangements via our contact form or email us at [email protected]
All purchases paid via Paypal will be switched to the default Singapore Dollars (SGD).
You will receive an order confirmation titled: New Order in your email account. If you face any technical issues (e.g. Payment Page hung/rejected from Paypal portal) please contact us at [email protected]. We will be able to redirect you to a new payment page to close your order.
For all payment modes, please ensure that payment is made within 2 days upon submission of orders, else your order will be cancelled.
Once payment has been received, we will arrange shipment and send you a shipping notification. Please note that order cancellation is not allowed once payment has been transacted as shipping arrangements would have been made.
