a) Singapore Post
Free for all orders
Delivery within a week, small packets via standard post, larger packets via SmartPAC

b) Door to door via Roadbull / SFExpess / Ta-Q-Bin
Free for orders above SGD30, otherwise chargeable at SGD5
Delivery within 1-3 working days, 1 free re-delivery provided for missed delivery & mobile number must be reachable by courier partner

c) Self Pickup from Park-N-Parcel stations
Free for orders above SGD30, otherwise chargeable at SGD3
Ready for collection within 3 working days at preferred pick-up locations, please select preferred pickup locations during checkout. Only go to pick-up locations when you receive notification that item is ready for collection

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. An admin fee of SGD5 will be levied on undelivered parcel due to wrong shipping address. We seek your understanding that our delivery partners may have operational delays from time to time, though not frequent, it happens sometimes due to post public holiday volumes or vehicle breakdowns

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE SINGAPORE)

We deliver to Australia, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, United States & Vietnam via DHL, FedEx, SFExpress or UPS. The rates are as following:

a) Southeast Asia - Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam
Flat rate of SGD10 per parcel. Free shipping is provided on orders above SGD120
Delivery within a week

b) Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United States
Flat rate of SGD20 per parcel. Free shipping is provided on orders above SGD120
Delivery within 10 days

All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of their goods. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.
